One of my goals is to create and maintain databases for all commercial properties in the main markets where I do appraisal work. So far, I have completed the database for all commercial properties in the Champaign-Urbana market. It includes each property’s physical and locational characteristics, sale and rent comparables, property vacancy information, and other data that allow a multitude of useful searches.
